Our subscription tiers and token passes govern your daily allowances for video transcription, AI note generation, and document downloads. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or automate unauthorized scraping of NoteCast services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content generated by NoteCast, including structured study guides, layouts, and software code, belongs to NoteCast or is licensed for personal educational use. Study notes generated from public educational videos are intended strictly for individual scholarly study.

4. Modifications to Service

NoteCast reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, pricing tier, or service at any time with or without prior notice.
